Made To Crave
By Elizabeth Robertson Williams
At the start of the New Year, many women proudly declare that we will eat less, exercise more, and finally shed those unwelcome pounds. I seem to unsuccessfully declare this every year, only to find myself completely derailed once the Valentine's Day candy hits the stores. I just love myself a good conversation heart!
Have you found yourself here again in 2012? Former Changing Seasons speaker, Lysa Terkerust has written a wonderful book on tackling your problem with a little help from God and the truth found in His Bible.
I found her devotional this week extremely encouraging. Click here to read it. She is also offering a lot of encouraging insights on her blog this week.
Or, head here to check out her book, Made To Crave, on satisfying our deepest desire with God, instead of food.
